Anna Olson

Anna Olson is an international leadership coach and consultant and the founder of AMO Consulting. She provides coaching and development for leaders desiring to improve their performance and strengthen the culture of their organization. She provides coaching and training in leadership development, team building, organizational change and effective communication, among other topics. She has a special place in her heart for coaching fellow women entrepreneurs. She has a Master's degree in Interpersonal and Organizational Communication from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, as well as a Graduate Certificate in Conflict Mediation. Anna is also a certified leadership coach, speaker and trainer with The John C. Maxwell Team.
Anna's experience includes Organizational Development Manager at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences; Client Executive at James Lee Witt Associates; Speech Communication instructor for Pulaski Technical College; Trainer for Heifer International as well as a variety of experience in legal, medical, and service organizations. Anna is also a certified Birkman Method consultant and conducts personality assessments and coaching sessions for individuals and teams. Anna works with a network of specialists in the fields of Organizational Development to provide services that will best suit the needs of her clients. Anna feels that relationships are her most prized possessions and she believes our purpose in life is to love and serve. She is involved in numerous volunteer activities and serves with several non-profit organizations. This same desire to serve others through helping them become the best they can be is what prompted Anna to form AMO Consulting. The name AMO is not only her initials, but the word "amo" means "I love" in Spanish, and is very fitting to describe how she feels about the work she does - translated it means "I love consulting!" The mission at AMO is to help others be their best and love what they do. Anna is currently living her dream of working from the beach at her new residence in San Juan, Puerto Rico! She is available for travel to meet with clients all over the world. |
